During periods of high demand (collection launches, promotions, etc.), this timeframe may be slightly extended.
3. Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination.
Mainland France:
25 to 30 business days
These delivery times are provided for indicative purposes only and may vary depending on the carrier.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on:
– the destination country,
– the weight of the package,
– the carrier’s rates.
The exact shipping costs are displayed before order confirmation.
5. Order Tracking
Once the order has been shipped, an email containing a tracking number is sent to the customer.
Tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to become active.
6. Delivery Delays
ASTREAL cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

– customs,
– exceptional circumstances (strikes, weather conditions, holidays, etc.),
– an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

7. Package Marked as “Delivered” but Not Received
If tracking indicates that the package has been delivered but you have not received it:

If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address and the package cannot be delivered, any reshipping costs will be at the customer’s expense.
