Terms of sale

1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all sales made on the website https://astreal.co, published by ASTREAL, a micro-enterprise represented by Yanis KHELAFI, Loris TESSITORE, and Arthur BURLON.

By placing an order on the website, the customer fully and unreservedly accepts these GTC.

2. Products
The products offered for sale are described as accurately as possible.
Minor variations in color, size, or texture may occur depending on screens, lighting, or production batches.

ASTREAL cannot be held responsible for any slight differences between the photos and the actual product.

3. Prices
The prices displayed on the website are indicated in euros (€) and include all taxes (VAT included).
ASTREAL reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products are billed at the rate in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Shipping fees are indicated during checkout.

4. Order
An order is considered final once payment has been validated.
ASTREAL reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a dispute, suspected fraud, or non-payment.

A confirmation email is sent after validation.

5. Payment
Payment is secured via Shopify service providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal, etc.).
Accepted payment methods are:
– Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
– PayPal (if enabled)

ASTREAL never has access to the customer’s banking details.

6. Delivery
Products are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Estimated delivery time: 25 to 30 business days in France.

ASTREAL cannot be held responsible for:
– delays attributable to the carrier,
– an incorrect address provided by the customer,
– a package marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

7. Liability
ASTREAL is not responsible for indirect damages related to the use of the products.
ASTREAL’s liability is limited to the amount of the order.

8. Personal Data
The information collected is necessary for processing orders.
In accordance with the GDPR, the customer has the right to access, modify, and delete their data.

9. Intellectual Property

10. Applicable Law
These GTC are governed by French law.

Failing that, the dispute may be brought before the competent courts.
